Store Return Policy

This policy applies only to purchases made at Great Northern Docks retail stores and may vary slightly from the online policy.

Customer original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. All returns, exchanges and price adjustmernts must be made in the store of original purchase. Great Norhern Docks reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return.

30-Day Return Period:

Great Northern Docks will accept returns 30 days from the original purchase date. All returned items must be in sellable condition, including packaging – if any. A 20% restocking fee will be incurred unless product is defective or prohibited by law.

Non-Returnable Items:

Non-returnable items include labor, delivery and or installation services and items that are damaged or abused. Any custom manufactured docks, parts, or components produced by Great Northern Docks are non-returnable.

Hewitt Products:

A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed on all special order Hewitt products. All other Hewitt products purchased at Great Northern Docks are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original receipt must accompany all Hewitt product returns.

Refund Method:

Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Exceptions: Cash, debit or check purchases over $250 will be refunded in the form of mailed check within (10) – business days of return.

Rebate policy:

Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates are limited to (1) per product, household or address.
