Dura-LITE™ Floating Aluminum Docks

Dura-LITE™ floating aluminum docks display Maine’s finest craftsmanship in the metal trades. The sleek lines of the frame complimented by your choice of decking, natural red cedar or synthetic, add a unique elegance to your waterfront.

Dura-LITE™ floating aluminum docks are most helpful on bodies of water that fluctuate in level, where a constant height between water line and decking is desirable. They are also an advantage in deep waters over 8 feet where stationary dock installations become less stable.

The frames implement rugged 6″ tall marine grade aluminum tubular extrusions, and supported underneath by rotationally molded polyethylene floatation. The box shaped floatation provides excellent displacement on the water and incredible stability.

Decking choices all nest flush to the frame surface. Our cost-effective option is perforated decking, which is lower weight and light-penetrable. Perforated decking is screwed down, whilst all other decking options are removable panels for light weight portability. Our more premium options use panelized decking, made out of Stained Red Cedar, Gray-Colored Composite Boards, or Cedar-Color Composite Boards. Composite decking has many advantages, especially in terms of maintenance.

Dura-LITE floating aluminum docks are modular and easy to install, with quick and quiet hinges which allow for articulation and have reduced noise during action.

Dura-LITE™ floating aluminum docks are for both residential and commercial applications.

Waterfront owners, marina and campground personnel appreciate its tubular frame that provides torsional strength to resist twisting and fatigue. They also appreciate its ease of portability, set-up, low maintenance, attractive looks and overall added value it brings to their waterfront.
