Return Policy
This policy applies to purchases made at Great Northern Docks retail store and online store.
Customers original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and warranty repair services. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. All returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made in the store of original purchase. Great Northern Docks reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return.
12 Month Return Period:
Great Northern Docks will accept returns 12 months from the original purchase date. All returned items must be in sellable condition, including packaging – if any. A 10% restocking fee will be incurred unless product is defective or prohibited by law.
Non-Returnable Items:
Non-returnable items include labor, delivery and or installation services and items that are damaged or abused. Any custom manufactured docks, parts, or components produced by Great Northern Docks are non-returnable.
Refund Method:
Refunds made in store will be in the same form as original purchase. Exceptions: Cash, debit or check purchases over $250 will be refunded in the form of mailed check within (10) – business days of return.
Refunds made online will be made upon receiving any or all products. Customer is responsible for any shipping cost to return items. After items are received and inspected, refund will be credited to original online payment method.
Rebate policy:
Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates are limited to (1) per product, household or address.
